The Final Fragment Code, "PGVPE4EC" has been found at Rachel Blake's European Holiday blog. The final code is if Mr. Beardy/Alvar saying, "Valenzetti assigned numerical values to the core environmental and human factors of his equation, 4,8,15,16,23,42."
It was found by viewing the source code and in the source is a string of .png files, insertting them into the home page URL with img_new/ and placing the image parts together gets you the glyph and the code.
